At this time, we welcome applications for the 2025-26 school year.
Instructions for Prospective Families
- Click on the SSA Online Application button.
- Select the blue “Create Account” link to create a Username and password.
- After entering your basic information, select the “Create Account” button.

- Our system may recognize you by your email address.
- If the system recognizes your email address, your email address will be highlighted in red after you press “Submit.”
- If this occurs, select the “Forgot Login?” button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address to receive an automatic reply containing your username and password.
- Once you receive a username and password you will have access to complete the online application, monitor your daughter’s progress through the admissions process and learn more about St. Scholastica Academy.
Instructions for Current SSA Families
- Click on the SSA Online Application button.
- Please enter your username and password when asked.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION:
In addition to both applications (SSA online application & downloadable Archdiocese application for incoming 8th grade only), please provide the following:
- $30 non-refundable application fee
- (pay online or by check payable to SSA)
- Report cards - from 5th grade to present school year
- Standardized test scores (two previous testing dates)
The following documents are NOT required in order to submit your online application. Submission at this time will expedite the registration process if applicant is accepted.
- Current immunization record
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of social security card
