Admissions Process for Catholic Schools

Wednesday, November 13, 2024 - Archdiocese High School Application form will be available at www.ocs.arch-no.org and/or www.SSAcad.org. The application will be distributed to you by your elementary/middle school.
Friday, November 15, 2024 - The Archdiocese High School Application MUST be turned in to your Catholic elementary/middle school.
Tuesday, November 19, 2024 - The following information is due to SSA:
  • Completed SSA Application (online); available at www.SSAcad.org
  • Current immunization record
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • $30 non-refundable Application fee (paid online)
  • Archdiocese High School Application form completed and signed (8th grade applicants only).
  • Report cards (from 5th grade forward) and from the first quarter of present school year
  • Standardized test results (two previous testing dates)

  • Completed SSA Application (online); available at www.SSAcad.org
  • Current immunization record

  • Copy of Social Security Card

  • Report cards (from 5th grade forward) and from the first quarter of present school year
  • Standardized test results (two previous testing dates)
